Our Company

In 1999, then Vice President, John Stewart, of Luckett & Farley Architects, Engineers and Construction Managers, Inc, recognized a growing need for his clients: comprehensive management and development process for projects that included design and construction. In April 1999, John founded L&F Design Build, LLC.

In July of 2011 the company name was changed to better reflect the 'Encompassing' services that we provide our partners to Encompass Develop, Design & Construct, LLC.

Since inception our company has participated in the development of over $1 Billion in design and construction projects throughout the United States.

During the first few years, L&F Design Build's focus was on design, construction management and general contracting. Today we have evolved into a full service development assistance company offering our partners comprehensive services ranging from ROI studies, Site Selection, Owner's Representative Services to Property Management.
